Scott Hopes is a CliniLinc co-founder and co-founder of Healthcare Management Decisions, Inc. in 1989 with Phil Agnes. Hopes has served over 25 years as a healthcare executive and has been a consultant to major health care corporations, hospitals, governments, pharmaceutical companies, and providers in the areas of health policy and planning, healthcare finance, health facilities and systems management, risk management, infectious and chronic disease epidemiology, disease management, and public health. Hopes has been a consultant to state and local governments on patient safety, electronic health information, Medicaid, Medicare, health care insurance, finance, policy and access issues.

Philip M. Agnes, Executive Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Agnes is a CliniLinc co-founder and co-founded Healthcare Management Decisions, Inc in 1989 with Scott Hopes. Mr. Agnes is an experienced attorney and has served over 20 years in healthcare consultation to major health care corporations. He also is an experienced investment attorney and litigator who has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1980 and a member of the Federal Court, Middle District of Florida from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Agnes has a Juris Doctorate and LLM from the University Of Miami School Of Law and a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida, College of Public Health.

Jesus Llanes, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Llanes is a co-founder of CliniLinc. and MCCI Medical Group Medical Director, responsible for Hospital Utilization Management and Hospitalist and is the former Chief of Medicine for Palmetto General Hospital (Tenet Healthcare) in Miami, Florida. Dr. Llanes holds a Master Of Business Administration, specialization in health administration and policy from the University Of Miami School Of Business Administration, Doctor of Medicine and Surgery from New York Medical College, Bachelors Degree of Science Biology and a Associates Degree of Science Engineering from College of Staten Island, New York.
